What people fear the most about the winter season is catching a cold or the flu. It's possible to aid your immune, endocrine and adrenal systems so that they can become stronger. Balancing your energy by placing your fingertips on designated energy points can strengthen those systems by releasing accumulated blocked energy. This gives your body a firm foundation and the help it needs to function in a state of wellness. When your body is in energetic balance, it will not hold on to blocked energy which is what creates symptoms and health "projects".
The following "energy movement" will help your body defend itself against colds and flu. It is especially helpful for relief from a sore throat. It will also help if your chest feels congested:
1. Cup your right shoulder with your right hand so your fingers are by the inside and upper corners of the shoulder blade.
2. Cup your left shoulder with your left hand and hold that same area of the back. This "movement" connects with your personal anti-biotic.
3. Next, while you continue to cup the left shoulder, move your right hand to your right chest just below the collarbone.
