Autumn -- Time for a Boost!

Is your immune system ready for the upcoming challenges we've been hearing about? A strong immune system can help you "fight the battle" against all of those crazy flu and cold bugs that are out there in the world.

We can easily and effortlessly help our bodies be stronger by using the following very simple energy "movement". It will consistently remind your body to boost the immune system, "filter out the bad air", and ease dry or sore throat. Gently hold your fingertips on the energy balance points with a light gentle touch for several good breaths. (The general area is okay -- you don't need to be on a specific "point").

** With the right hand, cup the right shoulder, touching
where the neck and shoulder come together.

** With the left hand, hold the left chest just below the
collarbone.

** Switch the hands to "work" the other side.
